Procreate is a small fraction of the cost of Photoshop with most all the same tools and creative power, its mobile and has very little learning curve making it one of the very best software for those making their first leap from traditional into digital art, which can normally be a painstaking and frustrating process for most. In this class you will learn all the basic functions of Procreate along with tons of art tips and tricks to get you on the track to creating your own digital art pieces with help from professional digital artist, Nancy Schier. High School Geometry (year-long course) - Zoom - Spring '26FriMichael Marchesan01/16 - 05/0101:00 PM - 02:20 PM14 yrs & upIn this yearlong class we will focus on understanding plane and space relationships. One thing that many students find they like is that geometry is less abstract and more visual than algebra – easier to "see" what is going on in the problems. For some of this class we will focus on what people usually picture when they think of geometry: topics like area, perimeter and volume, measuring angles, and using triangles to find the heights of tree and buildings. You know, stuff you can use in the real world out there. About 2/3 of the class covers problems that are not designed to necessarily be directly usable in the real world, but are instead exercises so students can explore and practice the process of solving problems in general. We will spend a significant amount of time on proofs and logic, which helps students consider how we know the things we know, and how to build on knowledge we’ve learned before .....15 weeks80 minutes per class$449 (Includes all registration fees and materials)OpenVisit our staff page for instructor bios: https://learnbeyondthebook.com/our-team/MathO14
