Have you always dreamed of being a spy? Using all the cool gadgets and figuring out secrets? This class will teach you all about being a spy, games to sharpen your observation skills, codes and puzzles to solve, how spy glasses work, and so much more.
Spying is an ancient art and profession with a history stretching back thousands of years. In fact, ever since there have been secrets, there have been spies trying to find out those secrets!
Spying is all about getting information that others do not want to share. To know what an enemy or rival is thinking, planning, or building can be important. Whole governments and countries may flourish or perish as a result.
This class is all about spies; what they do and how they do it. Each class has several activities that will give the “spies-in-training” an opportunity to think and act like a spy. There will be role-playing in this class and a small amount of reading. No Homework! The following is an excerpt from the anticipated syllabus – some activities are subject to change.
