This hour long class will focus on teaching students exercises for core training, which is the part of your body that supports so many other parts and prevent several health issues. It will also work on beginning weight training techniques and then the students will also play some outside games and do cardiovascular exercise. Most people exercise best when they’re enjoying it and therefore we will play games outside like tag, Frisbee, and more. Students will also be able to develop the habit of keeping an exercise journal so that could come in handy for charter school reporting purposes. This class is ideal to fulfill a PE requirement.
