Kids will practice basic math facts while getting active, strengthening their minds and their muscles all at once. Ideal for kids who like to move, math games will be blended into exercise activities. Time will be spent stretching and doing cardio as well. Will an outlet for excess energy, kids find it easier to focus on the rest of their studies during the day. The times tables are practiced for memorization as we stretch and exercise. This class will help in simple mental math skills and teach lifelong *fun* fitness habits.
