We would take an easy walk (1-3 miles) exploring the park (doing tracking, nature connection, an outdoor skill like weaving or map & compass basics, and simply enjoying the park). Then we go to the beach for some beach fun, games, craft (using pump drill to make a shell necklace), and more.
