Our tuition structure is simple and made to not have any hidden materials or registration fees. It is all-inclusive of everything.
Our classes sometimes have custom pricing, which you can look at by clicking on the class name on the schedules, but our tuition fees are pretty standard at $295 for Monday classes (15 weeks) and $315 for classes any other day of the week (16 weeks) for classes running for 1.5 hours a week. Typically 1 hour classes are $240. 3-hour classes are typically $595. Art & Cooking classes usually are $335. This is all reflected in our pricing chart.
There are many ways to get help with these tuition fees if a student is part of a charter school. We are vendors for all the homeschool charter schools. Charter schools provide a budget for funding to be spent at approved vendors, like Learn Beyond The Book. Feel free to contact us if you need more information about the various charter schools.
When you register, a credit card number is required, but it will never be charged unless there are fees not paid at the end of the semester and no payment plan or cooperation in place. We will always notify you before charging your credit card.
Refund policy: If a student decides in the first 2 weeks of a class to drop the class, the family is only responsible to pay for the classes that were attended and not the whole semester, if written notice via email was sent before the end of the second week. If a student decides to drop a class in e.g. week 6, there will not be any refunds or discounts. The family will still be responsible for the fees for the whole semester, even if they decide to not attend anymore.
If a family decides to drop a class in the week before classes start and the student isn’t transferring to another class or if a student simply never shows up for a class they’re enrolled in, there will be a $35/class cancellation fee charged.
For tutoring, we require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or the tutoring fee of $60/hour will still be charged.
