In this exciting physical science course by Quest in Science, students will become energy experts by understanding that energy is responsible for all movement and change in our world.  We will explore the many forms of energy:  heat, mechanical, electrical, chemical, sound, solar, and light.  Students will examine several common toys to determine the energy required to make them work.  They will build a roller coaster to see energy transfer from one form to another.  They will learn about waves and investigate how energy uses waves to travel from one place to another.  Students will also examine light energy.  They will study how light travels, reflects, and bends through fun projects, crafts, and fun scientific experiments.
