Taught by an experienced teacher who has a master’s degree in Counseling, a doctorate in Psychology, and has written a book on the subject that has been translated into multiple languages, this course can help students to build knowledge and habits to increase their happiness and productivity for life. About the Teacher: Dr. Lizzie Scott is an author, teacher, trained counselor, wellness coach, and mom who has worked with teens for many years and knows what helps them grow as students and as people. She holds a doctorate in Psychology, has taught and coached these skills for many years, and loves supporting people of all ages to become their best selves.
