Weight Training & Fitness (12+yo.)

Come learn the basics of weight training from our personal trainer, PE teacher, and homeschool mom, Tiffany. Proper use of weights ensures that you don’t injure yourself when working out. Students will bring in their own weights that the teacher will determine are the right level and update as needed. Each week students will learn proper technique and then take their newly learned skills home to work out there as well and continue building those muscles.

Ages: 12+yo.
