Stretch & Home Fitness

A more laidback approach to fitness for the older kids who aren’t as excited to jump around in class. We are going to stretch, do some Yoga and Pilates, and exercise in a way that will teach students you can be fit and maintain your health with more than just running and jumping jacks. This will be an encouraging environment to talk about health and well being as we work to keep our bodies healthy while we are all stuck indoors.
