This class will spark curiosity and introduce the students to basic concepts in Biology, Earth Science, and Physics—topics they will return to again over the years.  Using engaging literature and hands on experiments students will explore countless wonders from space, botany, geology, and the human body.  They will discover the answers to questions such as: Why does thunder come with lightning? How much air do your lungs hold? From clocks, computers, to trains and planes, students study how things work.
