Mixed Martial Arts & History

Want to practice martial arts, get a good workout and have fun? This martial arts class combines physical fitness and techniques from Taekwondo and Jiu-Jitsu. Students will also learn about the history of these arts and participate in fun calisthenics, cardio exercises, and games. No previous experience in fitness or martial arts required! No uniforms required either! All a student will need is comfortable clothing and closed-toe tennis shoes. Looking forward to sharing martial arts and physical fitness this Fall!
