The first and most important key to being good at math? Not being scared of it and enjoying it as you’re learning from an early age. My mission with this class is to have young kids enjoy math so we will learn some concepts and play lots of games to get down the important concepts of place value and that will lead into the intro to addition & subtraction and the rest of their math journey. No math class is complete without learning about the real-life things we deal with every day, so some basic skills around money will also be introduced and practiced by playing games and doing some shopping simulations.
