There is no-one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and wellness. Here, we’ll take a play-based approach to understanding and honoring some of the different pillars of health including -but not limited to- our diet, culture, emotions, movement practices, relationships, environment, etc. Find basic anatomy through yoga and movement, create better mindfulness practices, understand food and basic vitamin/mineral functions, explore basic herbology, but mostly, have fun!
