Space travel is something we hear about almost everyday now. More and more people are going into space whether it’s to work on the space station for a few months or to just get to the edge of space and experience zero gravity. But how did this all get started? In this class we will explore why and how people studied the stars from Tycho Brahe and Galileo to Carl Sagan and Neil deGrasse Tyson. We will learn about Edwin Hubble and the Hubble Space Telescope. Then in Minecraft everyone will be building something to do with the History of Astronomy. Let’s explore the stars together!!
