Get ready to get sweaty! This class is going to combine dances you know, dances you may not know, fast paced exercises and movement that gets your heart rate up. We listen to upbeat playlists that we all add to and jump around our room getting fit. This is meant to make fitness fun while keeping our cardiovascular and immune systems strong.
