Just like everything else, skill and knowledge in art come from doing it.  Draw, sketch, doodle, paint!  It is so much fun as a hobby or as a learning tool or as a trade.  Learners work on the basics with pencils, markers, sharpies, paper, collage, and watercolor through fun and challenging exercises online.  30min-1hr of work at home alone weekly will add to students’ artistic growth.
