Come learn about current events in the news with the help of the age-appropriate Time For Kids and Scholastic for Kids magazine series and how to critically think about news articles.  Each week, children will get to bring home some magazines and they will discuss the current events in class.  They will learn a bit about Journalism and all the parts of a news article and a newspaper.  They will also work together on creating a newspaper for Learn Beyond The Book.
