This class will explore the cultural geography of each region of the world, with an emphasis on the foods, cooking techniques, and dietary habits of the people living in each region. Approximately 50% of class time will be spent in cooking lab in which students will help prepare and sample a variety of regional dishes. There will be an additional fee to cover the cost of groceries.
