The best way to learn about cooking that will make everyday life more delicious is to learn the basics and learn them well. In this class we will make simple yet delicious creations from Japan that will hopefully transform your perspective in what seemed to be a bland and boring pantry into a world of delicious possibilities that you can make for yourself and your friends and family. While we cook, we will even learn a little bit of measurement math.
