Come learn about the secret lives of incredible plants and creatures in natural habitats from around the world! In this year-long class, students will work on developing their appreciation and scientific understanding of our beautiful planet by creating a series of shoebox habitat models. We will explore the wonders of various critters and vegetation through short science lessons and discussions, followed by a time of crafting or sculpting figures for our shoebox models to reinforce learning!
This semester will cover new different habitats from the first semester. New students can still join in even if they weren’t in the class in the first semester.
2 different age groups: 5-8yo. and 6-10yo.
