In this class, Communication & Conflict Resolution, we will learn how to listen beyond the spoken words and to foster empathy for the person sharing. We will also expand our vocabulary to better express ourselves in order to become more transparent in sharing our needs and desires.  I will use games to get to know everyone in class and we will work to connect through listening and sharing and having fun!  We will listen to each other and reflect back what we are hearing in order to learn more about the person sharing.  In this way, we can learn about each other and develop skills that foster empathy, caring, compassion, patience and reverence for differences.
