We explore the time period between the founding of the first colony in Jamestown, VA in 1607 and the first shots fired of the American Revolution in 1775. In this hands-on, project-based class, we’ll use art, games, recipes and theatre to understand what life was like during these years. At the end of the semester, the class will perform a short play about Colonial America for their peers and parents.
