Dance Fitness

This will be a fun, upbeat Dance Fitness class exploring all kinds of dance forms. We will be learning the basic fundamentals of dancing and movement.
Dance styles include: jazz, hip hop, salsa, merengue, cha cha cha, and more!
Things we will learn include rhythm and timing, grooving, how to count out beats and how to perform as well as how to work as a team.  We will learn a short routine during class.  This class will perform on stage at the Presentation of Learning show at the end of the semester.

Ages: 5+yo.
