This will be a fun, upbeat Dance Fitness & Hip Hop class. We will be learning the basic fundamentals of dancing and movement. Things we will learn include rhythm and timing, grooving, how to count out beats and how to perform as well as how to work as a team. We will learn a hip hop routine during class. This class will perform on stage at the Presentation of Learning show at the end of the semester.
