This class will bring art instruction, art appreciation, and art history together. Your child will develop observation skills and make decisions involving creative thinking skills, while focusing on art techniques. Throughout the lessons, students work on their own projects with various art media.  The children will produce artworks that are uniquely their own; not a copy-by-following example, but one-of-a-kind creations.  I will be using the Artistic Pursuits curriculum Book One, which you can learn more about here:  http://www.artisticpursuits.com/
